Noelle worked with KPMG, Accenture, Atradius and General Electric before joining the Board in 2021. She held executive roles predominantly in the financial services industry. However, her career started in healthcare consulting. Alongside general management experience, she has extensive expertise in strategy formulation and operational efficiency. Her career has taken her across three continents before she eventually settled in Switzerland.
Noelle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and an MBA. In addition, she obtained a certificate in Corporate Governance from INSEAD in 2017. Noelle serves as Chair of the Governance Committee at a non-profit organisation in Switzerland and has held board positions since 2016.
At HealthNet TPO, Noelle chairs two board committees: the Remuneration and Nomination Committee and the Ethics Committee.
