What we do

  • HealthNet TPO strengthens healthcare systems and promotes mental health and psychosocial support in regions affected by conflict and adversity. Our integrated approach combines medical care, mental health services, community engagement, and capacity building to create resilient communities.

We believe sustainable health solutions require local ownership and expertise. By collaborating closely with local communities, governments, and organisations, we ensure our programmes are culturally appropriate and context-specific.

  • Additionally, we strengthen primary healthcare systems by improving accessibility, quality, and continuity of care. This involves training healthcare workers, rehabilitating healthcare facilities, and ensuring essential medical supplies are available.

Through these interconnected efforts, HealthNet TPO enables vulnerable populations to recover from adversity, build resilience, and lay the foundation for a healthier, more sustainable future.

Our pillars

Our approach

At HealthNet TPO, we believe that in fragile and conflict-affected settings, lasting change happens when humanitarian, development and peace-building efforts are locally led, responsive to cultural realities and oriented toward long-term resilience. Therefore, our approach places localisation and strong mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) systems at the centre of the Humanitarian-Development-Peace Nexus. By partnering with communities, strengthening existing systems and embedding MHPSS across sectors, we strive to support people’s agency, reinforce local capacities and foster social cohesion—so that the solutions are locally led, context-driven and built to last.
