Integrity

HealthNet TPO treats everyone with dignity and respect, free from harassment and bias. We have a zero-tolerance policy for abuse, fraud, or misconduct. Guided by ethical principles in our policies, including whistleblowing, anti-sexual harassment, anti-trafficking, and child safeguarding, we ensure these are effective across our programmes and offices. Our Ethics Committee and an external Confidential Contact Person ensure compliance and offer a safe reporting environment. We know that policies must be more than words on paper and we make sure that everyone who is supported by and works with HealthNet TPO is aware of their rights and our policies.

Responsible behaviour

HealthNet TPO is committed to a safe and welcoming workplace, holding all representatives to the highest standards of integrity by adhering to our Code of Conduct to protect people in the fragile areas. We address any form of inappropriate behaviour that could negatively impact the health or wellbeing of individuals, whether they are our staff, partners, or the communities we serve. We strongly encourage anyone who experiences or witnesses such behaviour to report it confidentially via email at responsiblebehaviour@hntpo.org. Your report will be handled with the utmost care and confidentiality. For more details, refer to our policies below.
