Sohaila Walian holds a Master’s degree in Management and brings over 18 years of extensive experience in Human Resources, including 13 years of dedicated service with HealthNet TPO. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources Department and a member of the Senior Management Team, Sohaila Walian plays a key role in shaping organizational policies, workforce development, and strategic leadership. In addition, she serves as the PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) Focal Point, ensuring the organization upholds the highest standards of safeguarding and accountability.
