Dianne joined HealthNet TPO in February 2026 as Chief Financial Officer. She brings more than 30 years of experience as a finance specialist across a range of organisations and sectors. Her previous roles include CFO at a welfare organisation in Amsterdam, finance specialist at Oxfam Novib, and CFO / head of operations at Jantje Beton. She completed a post-master Certified Public Controller programme at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, where her thesis focused on governance in networking with strategic partners.
