Help restore dignity after disaster
After the earthquake in eastern Afghanistan, thousands of women and girls are living in tents and makeshift shelters without privacy, toilets, or access to hygiene supplies. This puts them at greater risk of infection, harassment, and distress, making an already devastating situation even harder to endure.
HealthNet TPO is responding with dignity kits — packages containing essentials such as soap, towels, menstrual pads, underwear, a scarf, and a solar torch. These items help women and girls stay clean, manage menstruation safely, and regain a sense of safety and self-respect.
Each dignity kit costs €55. With your support, we aim to provide 2,000 kits to women and girls in the affected provinces. Your donation today will bring comfort, protection, and dignity when it is needed most.
Why dignity kits matter
After the earthquake in eastern Afghanistan, thousands of women and girls are without privacy, toilets, or hygiene supplies. This puts them at risk of infection and distress, and makes daily life unsafe and difficult.
Dignity kits provide practical items that help women and girls manage menstruation safely, protect their health, and regain a sense of safety and self-respect.
